Hello,

since a few days we are experiencing a blue screen on a Windows Server 2012 Datacenter Cluster Node.
Operating System failure (Windows bug check, 0x0000009E
Reviewing the memory dump, I found the following information:

PROCESS_OBJECT: fffffa809d6ad980
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID:  WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT
BUGCHECK_STR:  0x9E
PROCESS_NAME:  System
CURRENT_IRQL:  2
TAG_NOT_DEFINED_c000000f:  FFFFF88003563FB0
LAST_CONTROL_TRANSFER:  from fffff88000ce4845 to fffff802abef3040
FOLLOWUP_IP:
netft!NetftProcessWatchdogEvent+dd
fffff880`00ce4845 cc              int     3
SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX:  1
SYMBOL_NAME:  netft!NetftProcessWatchdogEvent+dd
FOLLOWUP_NAME:  MachineOwner
MODULE_NAME: netft
IMAGE_NAME:  netft.sys
DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP:  5010aa07
BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET:  dd
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  0x9E_netft!NetftProcessWatchdogEvent
BUCKET_ID:  0x9E_netft!NetftProcessWatchdogEvent
Followup: MachineOwner

I'm not an expert in memory dumps, but as it looks for me, the driver of the Microsoft Failover Cluster Virtual Adapter is causing the issue.

I checked the hotfixes available for Failover Clustering and Hyper-V... unfortunately nothing in this directions was shown.

Hope someone got an idea!

Best Regards,
Jens
