Clustered File Server role failed to start

We have 2 nodes Windows 2012 cluster. Active Directory is on Windows Server 2000.

After configured the File Server role successfully. It start the role, failed with the following message.

Failed to bring the resource 'File Server (\\bbsfs)' online.

We noticed the computer object BBSFS is not created in the AD neither in the DNS. We manually add in the computer object and DNS record. However, it does not solve the problem.

Any idea what happened?
