Question on CSV - Cluster Shared Volumes

We are in the process of setting up a 2 node cluster on windows 2012 for  MSSQL server 2012 and I have following questions . I am transitioning from oracle DBA on linux environment sql db on windows environ

1. I cannot see CSVs created by the SA in  "MY COMPUTER" .

When I look at the Fail Over Cluster Manager--> Disks I see the following :

NAME       STATUS ASSIGNED TO  OWNER NODEDISK Number CAPACITY

Cluster-Disk3   online clustered shared vol.server22 240 GB

Cluster-Disk4 onlineavailable storage  server21   40 GB

VolD- data volume onlineclustered shared vol.server1 1    40 GB

VolE- DB volumeonlineclustered shared vol.server 12  240GB

Is the above disk config correct. Since I do not see the same names from both the servers and they do appear in " MY COMPUTER" I am not sure if this is correct.

2. Since the above mentioned infrastructure is for SQL server 2012 clustering,  can CSV be used. I have read some notes that states "At this time, CSVs do not support the Microsoft SQL Server clustered workload.".

Please clarify the above questions. Appreciate your responses.
