S2D and multiple networks question

Hello, we are getting ready to setup a 2 node cluster for storage spaces direct to house FSLogix data for our RDS environment.

My plan is to put the two cluster nodes on the same network as our 4 RDS session host servers. Is that the best way to do it or should I use multiple networks on the Nodes?

Also is it best to turn on Jumbo frames between the Nodes and the RDS servers?
