I am designing HA for a new Hyper Cluster and was wondeing can Hyper V on 2008 r2 provide the following servcies (using VMware experience here for HA)

Enable host monitoring

Admission control

Default virtual machine restart priority

Host isolation response

Enable virtual machine monitoring

Virtual machine monitoring sensitivity

LUN/storage/datastore heartbeating

Preferred LUNs
